Do you mommies take anything to help with milk supply? My baby is 4 months old and my milk has dropped I need help to bring it back up.

Oatmeal seems to be the only thing that actually works for me. I eat a huge bowl every morning lol. That and power pumping on my days off of work

Mothersmilk tea, fenugreek pills, water & gatorade. Plus my baby is going through a stage where she wants to nurse all the time so that helps

I take fenugreek supplements, drink lots of water and Powerade zero, and I eat lactation cookies. I also have a special blend of tea for nursing I occasionally drink!
