Don't know what to do...

Hi ladies, I don't know why I'm posting this exactly... I just don't know what to do. After two miscarriages we were sure this was our rainbow baby. I'm supposed to be 7 weeks tomorrow. Just got an early scan and I'm only measuring 5 weeks 3 days... I just don't know what to do or how to feel. I feel like this ones a loss too. There's no way I could've gotten a positive at 1 week pregnant. So baby must not be growing I guess. OB said on Thursday levels were over 10,000. I don't know... Any positive stories I guess would help :/
