Getting Angry

So I've been trying to lift my booty but any work out I try just pisses me off. I'm not the type to like working out so I think that's why but does anyone have any tips to make it more enjoyable for me? Or to help me not be so mad?

I've even tried yoga...my boyfriend came home and went to kiss me (like he always does) and I yelled "Don't even fucking touch me!" YOGA SHOULD BE RELAXING WTF (in case you're wondering yes I apologized to him)

I'm just tired of being a 20 years old with my butt sagging but I just get so angry when I work out and after I'm done, even though my legs feel good. -.- what should I do!!?? Because its hard to even be motivated anymore.
