Just wondering if this is really effective and how many ml should we use.

I honestly don't know if it is effective... we bought it and never got an opportunity to open it as we found out we were pregnant, lol - but we bought it because we heard it was effective.

I used it the day I got a positive ovulation test and a few days after. A few weeks later, I finally got my BFP. To be honest, I had a few factors working in my favor, so I can't say for sure pre-seed is what gave me my BFP. Just a note, I only used half of what it recommended or else it's too messy.
