Prodromal Labor 😫

Going on day 4 with the non stop cramping/ contractions I'm starting to lose my mind at first it was ok the pain wasn't so intense but ever day it's gets worst and I'm stuck wondering when tf is my baby going to come out barely getting any sleep I'm hungry but I just want to sleep but I can't just had a 2 min long contraction idk how more I can take of this 38 weeks 5 days 😫 earlier doc said I was 2 cm and 50% effaced
