won't go down, won't say why 😭

Every time I ask my bf if he has an issue with going down on me, ie. if he doesn't like it/not comfortable with it, he always tells me he doesn't have a problem with it. BUT in saying that, he very rarely goes down on me at all. He's only gone down on me twice in the time we've been together. The first time he said he loved it, and that I tasted good (sorry tmi) and the second time he didn't say anything. Maybe it tasted bad that time? Idk.
