sea salt ?

I know everyone says to clean their peaircings w sea salt water but my piercer said to just buy the seasalt at the super market and let it melt into warm water ... I didn't think it was doing anything so I bought a seasalt solution didn't think that helped either. 
I just wanna know is how you make your seasalt water ? Or idk how am I supposed to make mine I guess  ??

1/4 teaspoon salt to 1 cup of water.

Use non-iodized FINE GRAIN sea salt. And preferably boil the water then add the salt then soak your piercing. Or you can buy it. They're practically the same thing. Just make sure you buy one that only contains sodium chloride (salt) and water (or purified/distilled water).

It's not magic. It just cleans the piercing. It's not going to make the thing heal. Just keep it clean.

Sea salt (solid), covering the bottom of the cup. Warm water, the. Mix. Let soak until cold. It's not that hard, listen to your piercer.
