9w 5D still spotting only it's a lil more than earlier

Back cramps...... and a lil more blood no clots or anything ...... it woke me up out my sleep because my back was hurting.... emergency room or baby's ok????!? I know my Dr told me that if Soren touches the cervix it can cause it to get a Lil soft and that can cause bleeding ... but I'm a FTM and it's scaring me a Lil I believe everything is just fine and it's just something that's normal but I'm still scared...
