Do you tell your SO all your 'symptoms' whilst you've been TTC?

Question

I read a lot of posts where people talk about their symptoms and are wondering and asking if they're pregnant. I know since TTC I have really had symptoms that would suggest I'm pregnant but so far no joy. I wonder if people tell their SO all their symptoms and thinking they might be pregnant or it's just something you post on this site?

I will/did tell him when something new popped up lol like every month something new month I was nothing no symptoms which has happened before that and was a bfp few years ago

I used to. I might mention something in passing now but he's not really receptive to it, or he'll tell me to stop stressing or obsessing. I'll tell him when I have something good to tell. Have started preseed this cycle and he doesn't even know that lol. If there's something wrong or a concern I tell him that but I'm also really wanting to surprise him when I do get bfp so I rely on my support group on glow and my friends 😊

Been wrong and let down so many times so I'll just tell him after I get the bfp.

I should add that I usually tell my husband after getting a BFN that I was getting what I thought were symptoms but not before.
