Hydroxycut

Has anyone had any bad or good experience with hydroxycut. I started it today with the recommended dosage with diet and exercise and I've been feeling nauseous and light headed ever since I took it. Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any other dietary supplements you would recommend? Powders? I do have a GNC in my local area
