BPD anyone?

Is there anyone else who had been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder? I have it and it's hell! How do you cope with it?

I have it and I am an actual mess. I self harm and cry a lot. that being said, I also enrolled myself in a partial hospitalization day program and it helps me get through my days much easier. I am also on medication and working with a doctor to find the right combo of meds. it is difficult to manage, but I know deep down that it is possible. ♡stay strong

I have been diagnosed with a bunch of disorders for the last decade - bipolar, depression and anxiety, bipolar 2 went through about 7 diff psychiatrists and a handful of psychologists and never seem to really recover - ive been put on at least 10 different meds and now Ive lost count. I managed to get my life back on track but the emotional and anger outbursts in response to stressful situations or to “triggers” don’t seem to get better.. after studying it, bpd seems to be very close to what I have experience since childhood. 
All you can do is analyse what triggers you and how you can divert your emotions by actively doing something that makes you feel good (eg exercise). Also try to change your thinking to see the bright side .. it sounds cliche but i think it works. 
Also it is very important to get your family and loved ones involved so they don’t judge your behaviour or criticise you.. and instead understand you and provide the support because that makes your symptoms worse.. bpd dont take criticisms or rejection well.. that is usually our trigger points.
