Sore Erect Nipples 😳😶😫

For the past couple of days my nipples are sooooooo hard lol tmi sorry but they hurt so much. I'm not even cold, but they stay erect, protruding out of my shirts I have to wear padded bras which I hate, if not you can see my hard nips through my bra and shirts.

I've tried to search online, I'm guessing it could be cause I recently ovulated ? Right? But they're still like this and they hurt 😭
