two miscarriages

Has anyone had two miscarriages and went on to have a healthy pregnancy? My first one was a mmc and I am currently going through my second one. It was a very strange miscarriage tho. The embryo implanted while I was on my period ( I know this because I thought I was pregnant because my period was 3 days late so I got my blood drawn and it was negative and later that day I got my period) by the end of my period I was getting positive tests but continued to have brown discharge for 5 days and then it turned to red. Please someone give me hope... I just want a healthy baby.
