sneeze cramps...?!

Is anyone else suffering from allergies where you sneeze so hard, it cramps your belly? I'm preggers with twins and I can feel each one cramp when I hunch over to sneeze. It eventually subsides but it's very uncomfy. Wondering if anyone else experiences the same?

In my first trimester this happened whenever I sneezed. I spoke to the midwife and she said it was normal. Another fun side to pregnancy!

No belly cramps but I tweak my sciatic nerve with every sneeze lately 😭

I do, I only have one bun in the oven but that cramp is like 2 seconds but really uncomfortable
