advice please 😘

So I'm now 10 weeks & 3 days with our rainbow baby, but since day 1 (before doing the test) I have weird pains (like pin pricks & sometimes a little worse) like to the left and right just below my belly button, every now and then I'll get them in the middle roughly where my underwear sit, I've made sure I've worn loose clothes and underwear & I have told the sonographerat both  scans we've had & told the midwife when we went there, the sonographer has checked my ovaries both times and said they are fine, no cysts or any abnormalities and everything has been going great so far, could these pain be because I have a bicornuate womb? Every time I ask a professional they just repeat that my ovaries are fine & don't mention about my womb at all :/
