To exercise or not?
I'm in my first trimester & I'm in a constant battle between heartburn/indigestion & nausea/vomiting, which in turn has me missing the gym (doc gave the OK). My question is, if i skip it completely until I pass the wonderful (sarcasm) stage, will I be able to return when I reach my second trimester? I have a fear of gaining too much weight with this pregnancy since eating small meals helps keep the nausea at bay. & I feel silly calling my midwife just to ask her that. What to do?
