Slow swimmers

My DH & I have been TTC for a little over a year. We've recently just seems doctor who has began running tests. The first thing we've heard is that my DH has low motility, or slow swimming sperm. I'm just curious if anyone else has had an experience with this issue? Any suggestions for things to try? My doctor has recommended we try thestorkforwomen.com, anyone try this method, & any thoughts on it? Thanks everyone & good luck!
