Anyone work from home?

I was just wondering if there's anyone who does anything from home that's legit just to help out with some extra income? Where you don't pay $100 to start up or anything??

I used to work for a company called Alpine Access. 
They are a company based in the US, but you can work from Canada also. 
They don't require any money, just that you have Internet, home phone, computer monitor (if you're hired they'll send you a motherboard). 
There's also Westathome, same thing.
