ovulating twice?!

So we have been TTC for 10 months. I had an mc in December and my cycles have been all out of whack ever since. It took about 5 weeks for my first cycle to come and then I didn't have one after that. The doctor said I have amenorrhea and started me on Provera. Last month was my first month on it. Well this month I got a positive opk on cd 23. Yesterday (cd 31) I had a TON of EWCM got another positive opk. Today same thing with another positive opk. What does this mean??? I don't understand wth is happening with my body. Am I seriously ovulating twice on the same cycle?!?!
