Wow. So I came off the combined oral contraceptive, on the 5th may, my withdrawal bleed on the 8th may, I have ovulated and I am back to my pre contraception cycle of 31 days which was bang on, just as glow predicted.
Last month was my first month charting and my temp dipped massively this morning, right on que AF arrived. This app is great.
