Headache yet again

I don't what's going on....as you all may know I went to the hospital yesterday for a 3day migraine was given meds that helped and was sent home. Well I felt fine all the up to right now. My head is killing me again. This is so irritating because they don't know why I'm having them. I don't want to call the docs again at all...I went in at 5 and didn't get seen until after 7. Should I just continue my water intake and try to sleep it off and if it's still lingering in the morning call OB? Just really not wanting about hospital visit if my baby isn't coming.
