How many times do you cry a day?

I'm only in my 1st trimester & my mood swings are really starting to kick in more intense. I find myself crying over the littlest things. Sad tears, happy tears all day. 😂

Ehhhh, not much actually 😅 I feel like an anomaly. Sometime I tear up or shed a few but not often. More than before but I don't really cry everyday. Perhaps actually cry like once a weeks, maybe 😂

i was definitely very emotional, more depressed than anything, in my first trimester. i was fine in my second and now that im entering my third trimester i cry a lot. im very sensitive and emotional 😩 i cry at least 1-3 times a day but mostly at night

In my first trimester, I would cry just any time any reason. A customer made a joke about going to the strip club with all the one dollar bills I gave him back as change...i cried. Random crying probably 12 times a day...Now in my 2nd trimester I'm more angry than anything. But if anything is said about a baby, or getting married or graduating or stuff like that I'm just in tears. So 3 times a day I'd say now lol

It'll get better! Mood fluctuations are most common in the first trimester because your body is still adjusting to a massive influx of hormones . usually by the time you hit the second trimester, your body has adjusted and things will level out.
