If the dip was implantation it will take a few days for you hcg to arise. Try testing again in 2 or 3 daya

Also, I notice your BBT runs a little low and you have less than a 1 degree shift between your luteal and follicular phase. If you end up having issues conceiving or miscarrying, have your doctor check your progesterone levels!

If you don't drop again, yes. I have PCOS and do a big high to low right before my period. Unfortunately if you have PCOS your body temps in the second half will be less accurate due to lack of progesterone.
