my ex got engaged

I just found out my ex is engaged now. I thought I was over him, considering I'm with An amazing guy who makes me beyond happy. Happier than my ex ever made me, treats me like a queen unlike my ex. But when I found out this news I got extremely upset.. I don't know why. I know I shouldn't be upset and crying about this.. but I don't know how I feel..
