Help need advice ! I'm freaking out

I had unprotected sex with my SO and he finished inside me. I was supposed to get my period 2 days after the incedent so I wasn't ovulating . He didn't realize or feel it but I took plan b the day after & it's been about 5 days & I'm having white creamy thick discharge and mild. Cramps help
