how many times did you change the babys name?

How did you know what name was meant for your baby? How many times did you change the names you picked? I'm struggling. I'm 26 weeks with my baby boy (ftm) and me and my bf can't think of the perfect name. We have changed it about 4 times now and we are thinking of Levi, but I just don't know if that name is THE one you know?

My husband and I changed my son's name at 17 weeks, i originally wanted Aiden since before I got pregnant then I got pregnant and I was scared it was too popular so I changed my mind and we decided to go with my husband's name so he would be a Jr  but my husband really didn't like it and we went through millions of names just to go back to Aiden, I don't care anymore that it's a popular name, I love it and want my son to have a name my husband and i both love not one we settled on. If I was having a girl my husband and i both agreed and finalized Amelia but when it came to boy names we were all over haha and we wanted a boy

When I was pregnant with my daughter we changed the name almost 10 times if not more. We only changed my soon to be son's name 3 times. Before he was born we wanted to name him Dale, once we actually got pregnant we liked the name Joseph and Joshua and couldn't choose which name we liked best but then my soon to be 9 year old daughter asked, "How about the name Cameron?" It was perfect and my husband and I both love it and haven't changed it since. His name is Cameron LaVerne after my Papa LaVerne.

We had baby girl's first name picked out long before we started trying but her middle name changed once around 14 weeks! Her name was originally Lynden Gray but we changed it to Lynden Elouise because my gmas middle name is Louise and I liked it better!

I think you'll know in your heart when you find a name you like. With our first my husband and I talked about names when I was 8 weeks along and there was one boy name we agreed on and I just knew in my heart and gut if he was a boy that was his name. I could picture him with that name, I could picture his face, and I even had a dream about him being born and we named him that name. And turns out, he was a boy! This time around we didn't talk about names until we found out the gender at 19 weeks. I loved certain names, but he didn't. And vice versa. So it took a few weeks. And then one day he admitted there was one name that he loved and he said in his heart this was her name. So how can I argue with that? When I know that feeling. And now I love the name too.

So to make a long story short, lol, you'll know. In your heart , you'll know. Also, you don't have to decide now. You might wait until baby is born and you see him/her and hold him/her and then decide. Don't rush yourself :)

We went through Charlotte, Piper and Elouise until we settled on her name. We're not saying what it is now because we grew to dislike the rest once people started telling us their opinions about them

I think we agree on one top girl name. But we're not really feeling any of the boy names on our list. So I kinda hope it's a girl just cause we're more certain of the name we picked lol. 
Can't find anything that tops it really. 
I have stacks of baby name books from the library and still not sold on a boy name 😞

Thought it would be easier since we already have the middle name. Both of our middle names are Lee. So we are keeping that going. But it's actually making it harder. Lee eliminates a lot of names. Any names ending in "y" sound are out. So yeah... kinda sucks lol.
