What is better to help conceive?

I have been on clomid for two failed cycles now, and beginning and third.  I ovulate but am not conceiving.  Everyone seems to say femara works, so I thought I'd pill the group.  I'm wondering if I should ask my doctor for femara.

My doc seems to think Femara is more effective than Clomid in treating PCOS, and she's putting me on it as the first line of treatment, but IDK about other conditions.

I did 5 rounds of Clomid no luck so I switched to Femara this cycle!
