I stopped taking my birth control pill in November (28 day cycle BC, consistently used for 11 years). My relationship ended so I didn't need birth control and didn't want to be regulated by medication anymore. I had a normal 28 day cycle length for November and 30 days for December. Then my next cycle lasted 41 days before starting a period. I'm currently on day 44 of this cycle with no hints that I'll be starting my period anytime soon. Has anyone else had this issue? There is no chance I'm pregnant btw. I don't know if my body is still adjusting to no medication or what. Any thoughts or stories on similar experiences are greatly appreciated!
