High Risk Pregnancy

I went to my baby doctor today and got labeled as high risk because my baby is two weeks behind in his weight and his length and my cervix as small. Everything else with him is perfectly up to date (22 weeks, due October 14) but he's not growing or gaining like he should be. Is there anything I can do to help him? I'm worried.. it's not something a person would want to hear, ya know.
