hello ladies 7 weeks and worried

This is baby number 2 for us!  We had a misscarage feb 2016 and we now got our positive!  O went to doctor last week!  Did blood work on Monday!  Have a us booked for July 10th and can't stop worrying!  Today I have very small amount of brown discharge that's got me so worried anyone else have this?  I also have a very sore back almost like getting your period! And also the odd stomach craps ache almost!    Only symptoms of pregnancy so far is sore nipples!  Anyone have some positive feed back!  They said at the doctor when I called them for blood work that all must be good cause if I never got a call that means all is good!  But can help but remember out loss and that it's gonna happen again!
