Good face wash?

Hey! I tried many different face washes like neutrogena and cetaphil etc. none of them seem to help that much. My mom (good with skin care) said its just bacteria on my face cuz they arnt pimples, just little bumps. So i dont know what face wash to use to prevent bacteria and pimples. Any help?

The best thing would be to have 7 pillowcases. Change your pillowcase every day. That should help with bacteria on your face.

I love Cetaphil  I use it in the shower and I wear makeup about three four times a week to work and I use It to take it off it feels amazing and clean nut also nice and light on my face
