anyone else

I have the worst back pain ever!! Not just in my lower back but my hip and shoulder it started yesterday, when I move a certain way the pain is sharp and I get short of breath... is anyone else having back pain like this? I don't know if it's because I was in a car accident back in October shortly before I got pregnant and even though I did physical therapy for my back it has re-flared up the pain in the muscles... or if it is because I am pregnant I'm 30 weeks and five days today keep reminding myself 65 days and I get to meet my sweet baby girl!
