When should I be concerned? I got married last month and started the pill also. I am on the fourth week when I should have my "period" but I have yet to bleed. I've been having really bad mood swings and pain like cramps but lighter. So I'm kind of worried. When should I take a test or is this normal?

Some pills can lighten/ stop periods for some people.

Did you use a second method of bc in the first week of taking the pill? I was told when I took the pill that I had to start taking it on CD1 or use a second method (eg.condoms) for a week to give the hormones a chance to get into your system as it doesn't work straight away. If you started taking it mid cycle and didn't use condoms, then there is a chance you could be pregnant.

I'd say if you can wait it out another week, then wait and see if af arrives. If it  doesn't, test then. If test is negative and af still doesn't arrive a couple of weeks after that then check with a doctor.
