I don't think age is related to the best time. The best time is when you're done with school, have a source of income, have a good place to live and are in a healthy relationship. Age doesn't matter as much as a steady and mature lifestyle :)

Whenever you're financially stable, in a stable relationship/marriage, living on your own, making your own, and have your own transportation.

It depends on the person and your situation. For me, I'd like to be around 28 because that's when I'll be a year out of finishing my residency or I'll be over half way through my board certification. I'll be established in my career and financially stable (with the help of my SO who'll have been established a number of years prior to me). But that also depends on my SO and I getting married and settling down ourselves as well (I'd like a few years of just us before we have kids). So we'll see.
