IM DEPRESSED I NEED HELP

Hi, so my dad sent me to live with my uncle in Boston a few months ago and I've been made to live a totally different life and they treat me badly , they don't let me go out or have fun and I just feel so alone and sad and my heart is never at rest when I'm in the house , can someone tell me how to overcome this sadness cause I honestly feel like life isn't worth living anymore
