Hello ladies! I wanted to pick some  brains about trying to get pregnant with PCOS. I got my IUD out in March, and I have had regular cycles every 24 to 28 days since I got it out. I have been using the ovulation predictor sticks, but they have not shown any LH surge during any point of my cycle. Has anyone had this happen? I wonder if I'm ovulating, but I'm guessing that I am ovulating if I'm getting a period? I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't know this because I am a nurse, but I'm totally lost 🙄
