My last doctor's appointment was on my due date May 10th, the doctor stripped my membranes and it hurt like crazy!!!! So she scheduled me to be induced the next day. We went to the hospital at 5:30 the next morning and i was dilated 3 cm and having strong contractions. The doctor came and broke my water (that was gross) and i was dilated 5 cm before I got the epidural. It took them stupid people 3 times to get it through. And when they were done only my right side was numb, i felt every contraction I had in my left side. They kept coming in and giving me more pain medicine and nothing. So around 2:00 I felt like I had to push and the doctor came in and i felt every push and tear that happened. 30 minutes later Harper was born!
