fetal movements

So I'm a bigger girl and usually I don't feel the baby moving as soon as most women. But I can't remember around what time I feel baby move. I'm 19 weeks tomorrow and still don't feel baby moving. It's probably only making me nervous because my pregnancies are considered high risk and I'm dealing with bleeding from placenta previa. So when do you ladies usually start feeling movement?
