I know hot baths and hot tubs are not safe but is it dangerous to take hot showers? Always less than 15-20 minutes and mostly the hot water is on my back because of back pain. I know they have water temps for bath tubs but do they have a shower head option so I can make sure the water doesn't get to an unsafe temp?
