Mucus Plug?

Sadly I didn't take a pic but I'm wondering if anyone has lost theirs over a few days time and there not be any blood. I just used the bathroom and when I went to wipe it was really slippery (wet) so I wiped again an a big gob of clear yellow mucus came out on it.

Could have been that. 
They can come out pretty early on and they'll regenerate themselves. As long as you don't have associated bleeding or severe cramping, you're ok. 
When you're very close to your due date and you lose it, they say labor will start soon (like within a couple days or sooner).. but not always the case.
