Snapchat use in relationships

So what do y'all think about using Snapchat while in a serious relationship? Should it just be left in teenage years? And what about when you're married? My boyfriend and I had a talk about it and I told him that I uninstalled the app when we became serious and now I wish he would do the same. Now I feel like maybe I'm being insecure and too dramatic. Answers?
