Help! Confused and scared need answers.

Hi ladies. I gave birth to my rainbow baby on April 2nd via c-section. I was in labor 27 hours and wouldn't dilate even with the max amount of patosin. I'm not sure if that's how it is spelled. He was actually 6 weeks early. I am now 10 weeks postpartum and haven't been feeling well. I actually felt pregnant again and I took a test earlier today. Within a few seconds the result was positive. I've read that your HcG level goes away 3-6 weeks after birth. Also, I am terrified of the possible complications this may bring. I'm already high risk and 31. I need advice. Please help me. Thanks.
