nauseous... 😭

So I had my baby February 17th. I got put on birth control on April 7th. I got the arm implant. Had a period about a week after I got it. I haven't had a period since and now I'm nauseous. I was dry heaving yesterday morning, and now at 3:17 in the morning. Otherwise I'm fine. Do you think there's a chance I'm pregnant? 😭😂
