feeling bad

So I haven been talking/ hangout out with this guy ( we will call S) and I really like S and S says he likes me but wants to hangout somemore before taking the next step. But I haven't heard from S in a week and I know S was going to visit so friend where there is no cell service but it was only supposed be for 3 days. So I was feeling lonely and text a guy ( we will call J) I hook up with everything once in a while and had sex in J's car. It was bad sex and J is usually really good. But I know feel like I shouldn't have slept with J and that I cheated on S even though we are not together. I don't know what to do I feel so guilty and thought about S the whole time I was with J. I need help!!!
