will I never have another child?

I had the bar in my arm for a year after my first was born my period started regulating after I took it out but it's been almost a year since it's been out and we've still had no luck getting pregnant I'm a week late but I've taken several different test and there all negative what am I doing wrong 😔 it was so easy to get prenant with my first now it seems like a blank mission
