Cramping turning into pregnancy?

I tested 2 days ago with a BFN. I am cramping very badly also. Has anyone found out they were actually pregnant, but felt as if AF was coming? My cramps are pretty significant so I don't want to waste another test ☹

Yes, my period was suppose to show Sept 9th and it didn't. I was cramping for over 2 weeks thinking she was coming and she didn't! I took a test and it came back neg; I went to see my ob to find out what's wrong and I ended up being pregnant. I got pregnant Sept 5th 4 days befor my period, the cramping was the egg implementing itself and I didn't get a positive till the 29th.
