Okay so my friends and I have planned this day for ages and what we are doing is going to the beach now my flow just started today and mine is usually really heavy on the first day. I can't use a tampon because I've tried and it just hurts me, if I say I can't go the will still make me go and also I really want to go. I haven't gone to the beach in ages and I don't want to miss out on this opportunity.oh and my crush will be there 😳

Go to the beach and do whatever, wear swim shorts but a little blood in the ocean isn't going to attract sharks just to the shore. Don't fuss over it and have fun.

I mean if your flow is really heavy there's no way you could hide it/should get in the water. I don't use the cup but it's another option. Have you tried using a smaller sized tampon and inserting with a mirror? You might be going in at the wrong angle

Wear dark color shorts and try a small tampon size go in and change out from the tampon after your done being on the water.
Or don't go in at all and stay on the sand and just dip your feet into the water.
