Pure luck w/ Success stories?

Anybody who got lucky? Has unexplained Infertility, normal tests. Dr prescribed me Provera... Yes I KNOW it isn't something that makes you Ovulate or fertile. I just wanted to see if this is all someone needed and got lucky, Ovulated naturally and got pregnant! I have Wishful hopes and dreams... That this will be it for us. That it's baby time. 😖😖 I'm sure I will need another road of Provera and some clomid... /:
