Anyone stay in the sun longer than 3 hours?

Went to the beach yesterdayand was there for almost 6 hours, next day I feel Nauseas and just very aweful is this normal ?

I was in the sun about an hour yesterday I feel fine but I'm sure you just got WAY to much sun and your feeling the after effects of fatigue etc. Try to take a cool shower and drink plenty of fluids. You should be fine in a day or so.

But in all seriousness, sounds like you're dehydrated. Drink lots and lots of fluid over the course of the day and watch your urine. If it's dark, keep increasing your Fluids.

I went for 3 hours the other week and felt fine after. 
Are you sunburned or dehydrated?

I was on vacation in Mexico for 5 days and was in the sun 5 hours a day. I made sure I was never without a bottled water in my hand and if I got too hot I'd make sure to cool off. You are probably dehydrated. Feel better!
