my body heats up a lot

a lot of times i'm worried about my body.. Supposabley im ovulating .. and i feel like i have fever and it's hot in my room but i have the fan on ... Idk what causes this but it's like a hot flashes .... i usually get them like at least once a month...,, it's annoying and it feels like fever but it's not.. like my whole body turns warm and hot...... Do you think it has to do with hormones ???? or me ovulating????? Idk!!!! im not taking any meds or on no birth control at all!!! ughhh i hate this feeling so much.
